A bill tracker you can stick on the fridge
Phone reminders are easy to swipe away. A paper calendar on the fridge or the desk shows every due date at a glance. Add each bill once, choose how often it repeats, and it shows up on the right day of every month you print, with a small box to tick off once it's paid.
Every schedule
Monthly rent, a car payment every two weeks, a weekly daycare bill, yearly insurance, or a one-time payment.
Monthly total
The bottom of each page adds up what's due that month or week, so you know how much to set aside.
Never misses the 31st
A bill due on the 29th, 30th, or 31st moves to the last day of shorter months instead of vanishing.
On your phone too
Download an .ics file for Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar, with a reminder the day before each bill.
Monthly or weekly?
Monthly pages give every day its own box with writing lines split into morning (AM) and afternoon (PM), and the empty boxes before and after the month become lined notes space. Print one month, or use Print all 12 months for a full-year calendar.
Weekly pages are an hour-by-hour planner for seven days, with the hours you pick, a bold line at noon, holidays and bills at the top of each day, and an optional notes column.
Questions
Is this printable calendar really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark across the page, and no limit on how many you print. The only mark is a small honestysoftware.com line in the bottom corner.
How do I save the calendar as a PDF?
Click Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the printer. If the colors look faded, turn on Background graphics under More settings.
Can I put my bills on the calendar?
Yes. Add each bill with its due date and how often it repeats: every month, every two weeks, every week, every year, or just once. It prints on its due day with a small checkbox to tick off when it's paid, and the bottom of the page shows the total due.
What happens to a bill due on the 31st in a short month?
It moves to the last day of that month. A bill due on the 31st shows on February 28 (or 29 in a leap year), April 30, and so on, so it never disappears.
Are my bills and photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser on this device. Your bills are saved there so they are waiting next time you open the page. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Can I add my bills to my phone's calendar?
Yes. The Download .ics button makes a file that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook can import, with every bill repeating on its schedule and a reminder the day before it's due.
Can I print a whole year at once?
Yes. In Monthly view, Print all 12 months makes a 12-page calendar for the year, one month per page, with your photo, bills, and holidays on every page.
Which paper sizes and layouts can I print?
US Letter, A4, US Legal, and Tabloid (11 × 17), in portrait or landscape. Monthly pages have writing lines split into AM and PM for every day; weekly pages have an hour-by-hour planner with an optional notes column.
Which holidays are on the calendar?
Major US holidays and observances, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You can turn them off.
