Questions
What counts as one video?
A video counts once, the first time you generate subtitles, find pauses, or export it. After that you can edit and export that same video as often as you like for free.
Is there a watermark?
No. Free and paid videos look exactly the same.
How long can a video be?
Up to 60 minutes and 4 GB. Most people use it for clips under 10 minutes.
What happens to my videos?
They're private to your account and deleted automatically 7 days after you last edit them. Download what you want to keep. You can delete a video any time; if it never produced anything, it gives your video back.
Does the preview match the export?
Very closely. The export uses the same fonts, sizes, colors and positions. It's rendered once from your original file, so quality stays high.
Which AI writes the subtitles?
OpenAI's Whisper speech model. Your audio is sent to the speech service only to transcribe it.
