Your sessions with our AI intake are fluid: you describe your project, we gather scope and requirements. When you’re ready, you take that session and receive a proposal. If you like it, you request an estimate (with a payment schedule). If you like that, you get a contract to sign, then we lock in contract scheduling and next steps.

  1. AI Intake — Chat with our AI to describe your project. All fluid; no forms. Start intake
  2. Proposal — Submit from the intake to receive a proposal. We review and send it. Track it under My projects.
  3. Request estimate & payment schedule — Like the proposal? Request an estimate. We’ll add hours, labor, and a payment schedule. You view and approve in My projects.
  4. Contract — Once you approve the estimate, we send the contract. View and sign it in My projects.
  5. Contract scheduling — After you sign, we lock in timelines. See the schedule and key dates in My projects.
