Browser screen share

On a phone or computer, your technician can send a private link—no install. You share your screen and talk; we guide you. Great when you’re on mobile Safari or Chrome.

Your tech creates the link from their admin tools. You only open what they send you.

Schedule a paid session

Pick a date and time, pay securely online, and get email confirmation and reminders. Best when you want dedicated time for training, cleanup, or a stubborn problem.

What happens after you book

  1. You pay through Stripe (secure checkout).
  2. We email you with your session link and what to expect.
  3. At session time, open the client link, allow microphone and screen share, or use Honesty Connect if we agreed on that.
  4. Hands-on mouse control (if needed) uses Quick Assist or Honesty Connect—not the browser alone.

For many sessions, only the browser is enough (we send you a link). For deeper desktop help, we may ask you to install Honesty Connect (free with your account) or use Windows Quick Assist.

That’s exactly who this is for. We go step by step, repeat as needed, and never talk down to you.

You start sharing only when you choose. Don’t show sensitive information you’re not comfortable sharing. Remote work is covered in our IT support terms.

Modern browsers on iPhone and Android often support screen sharing for support calls. If yours doesn’t, we’ll use a computer or another approach.
